Now taking preorders for 2023 baby Russian tortoises. They’ll be hatching out in June. The orders will then be ready to go out possibly late June at the earliest, but most likely not until July. Please note that they won’t go out until they’re ready so you’re reserving your spot to get the first babies hatched out.
Russian tortoises are a relatively small tortoise with maximum adult size being around 6-8 inches typically. This is a perfect tortoise if you are looking for something that stays smaller and or are limited on space. They are very hardy. They handle warm and fairly cold temperatures quite well. This makes them a great choice for a variety of climates! Especially those who do not want a tortoise that gets too big.
